There is plenty of street parking available downtown on the surrounding streets.
Street parking is free on weekdays after 5 pm and all day on weekends. If you’re taking an evening class or a Saturday workshop, it is highly recommended you park in the parallel spaces on the surrounding streets.
From 8 am – 5 pm on Monday through Friday, the cost for street parking is $1.50/hour with payments accepted via the PayByPhone app or by calling their toll-free number during weekday business hours.
Signs posted along the street provide information about the zone number required for payment.
The Arts Council manages a surface lot across from the Spruce Street entrance of the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts, with separate weekday, evening, weekend, and full-day rates.
Payments for this lot must be made through the PayByPhone app. Please ensure your license plate is correct and payment method is up-to-date, as any fines or appeals will be handled solely by SmartPark. Arts Council staff will no longer be able to take payment for parking. Read more here.

Parking at the Intergenerational Center for Arts and Wellness is free for both students and visitors. We kindly ask that the front lot spaces directly in front of the building be reserved for individuals with limited mobility.
For classes and workshops outside of regular business hours, please use the gated entrance at 114 W. 30th Street.
