BRINGING IMAGINATION TO LIFE
The Youth Department covers all types of artwork: drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, textiles, photography, glass, metal, wood, digital art, ceramics, and more! Our classes, camps, and workshops are based on age rather than medium: preschool students (ages 3-5), elementary students (ages 6-11), and middle school and high school students (ages 12-18). Young people also create art in adult/youth workshops and community art workshops.
Our programs offer age-appropriate experiences where students can develop technical skills, critical thinking, self-confidence, and the ability to communicate and express themselves. We feature specialized and advanced studio arts not typically available in schools.
