Please review all registration and refund policies carefully. Class size is limited and often fills several weeks before their start date. We recommend that you register as early as possible to ensure your seat.

Sawtooth may cancel, combine, or reschedule classes in response to enrollment changes. Additionally, class instructors may be subject to change as needed.

If a class is canceled for any reason, each registered participant will be informed as soon as possible via email. Participants can transfer to another class, keep their credit, or be refunded their full tuition.

Please note that credits must be used within one year of the original class cancellation date, and once selected, cannot be redeemed for cash.




To withdraw from a class, please advise Sawtooth within 14 days before the class start date. Refunds and credits cannot be made after this deadline.

Registration fees are refundable– less a $20 accounting fee, 14 days before the class start date. Alternatively, students can opt for a credit of the full registration fee.

Credits are active for future class registrations for up to one year of the original class cancellation date and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits can be transferred to another student by notifying Sawtooth at registrar@sawtooth.org. The original expiration date applies to transferred credits.

Memberships are non-refundable as they are considered a donation to the school.
