Heavy Metals: The Art of Jewelry Making | Ages 12-16 | Week 5 PM

Immerse yourself in the world of metal jewelry making and explore the fundamental techniques that will help you create beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry. In this class, you will learn how to use a torch for soldering, roller printing, hammering, and stamping texture. You will also gain hands-on experience in cutting, drilling, filing, and forming. 

During the class, you will have the opportunity to create stunning bracelets and pendants using jeweler's brass, and sterling silver earrings with handmade French hooks. You will be guided by an experienced instructor who will assist you in bringing your creations to life. By the end of the class, you will have finished enough pieces to wear and gift, and you'll have the skills and confidence to continue practicing this beautiful craft.
