A Introduction to bowl turning
Explore the art of bowl turning! Covered are the use of a scroll chuck for mounting wood bowl blanks, the techniques involved in using a gouge on the interior and exterior of a bowl, and finishing on the lathe. Please note: Students must have turning experience. (“590: Beginning Lathe Turning” meets this requirement.) Class size limited to four students, providing plenty of individual attention and lots of hands-on practice.
