Cyanotypes with Mixed Media
Cyanotypes will be the foundation of this mixed media collage class. We will take a deeper dive into creating cyanotypes using masking techniques, hand drawn stencils, bleaching, toning with tea and seed baths, controlling exposure times, plus re-coating for additional colors. To these we will add collage elements of found paper or fabric, as well as gouache accents for a playful and creative time, making one of a kind art. All materials included. Ages 14 and up.
