Sterling Kelly joined the Sawtooth Board in 2017, and served as Treasurer for two terms before becoming Chairman in 2020. Sterling graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2003 and began his career in Washington DC as an executive recruiter. Subsequently, he was employed by Atlantic Packaging in sales and operations, a position that included a two-year stint in Honduras. In 2010, he moved to Winston-Salem and opened Speedpro Imaging. As owner/operator, Sterling leads his Speedpro Imaging team in designing, producing, and installing bold, impactful graphic and signage projects throughout the Triad.
Sterling lives in Winston-Salem with his wife Leigh (a longtime Sawtooth student and alum) and their young son. He enjoys any chance to travel and pursue fishing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures.
