B. Mindful Mornings: Yoga & Mandalas

Mid-month Mindful Mornings with Mandalas and Magic Movement! Mindful Mornings will start your weekend on the best foot as you engage in a mindful movement practice, centering yourself as we do yoga in the Davis Gallery (as exhibits allow). After yoga, create a mandala inspired art project in one of our studios. Yoga and art led by certified Children’s Yoga instructor and beloved art teacher Betsy Messick. Mindful Mornings are open to all in our community, young and young at heart!
*Please, bring a water and your own mat or towel. We have a limited amount to borrow.
