How to Register
Please read all registration and refund policies carefully.
Registration should be made as soon as possible; class size is limited and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure enrollment, please register at least one week prior to the start date of the class. You will be notified in the event the class for which you are registering is full. Classes without sufficient enrollment will be cancelled.
By mail or fax: Send a check or money order for the full amount of the tuition with the registration form. For credit card payments, please fill in the complete charge card number, expiration date and the cardholder’s name on the registration form. In person: Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Fees may be paid using check, charge card or cash.
By phone: Registrations with credit card payments may be made by phone. Call SSVA (723-7395) with class information, charge card number, expiration date and cardholder’s name.
Payment: Full payment is due upon registration. Checks, cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Cancellation: SSVA reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment, and to change class instructors when necessary. If it is necessary to cancel a class, all registered participants will be informed as soon as possible and extended the opportunity to transfer to another class. If participants do not wish to transfer, a full refund will be made.
Refunds: In order to receive a refund, notice of withdrawal must be received no later than 7 days prior to the first day of class. Class fee, less a $20 accounting fee, will be refunded.
- Notice of withdrawal must be received by the administrative office 7 days prior to class beginning date.
- No refunds will be made for withdrawals after that time. - Failure to attend sessions or verbal notification will not
be regarded as an official notice of withdrawal.

Registration Confirmations: Due to the limited number of staff, only email and fax registrations are acknowledged. Otherwise, you will only hear from us in the event of a question or schedule change.
