IMPORTANT DATES

Open Registration      Now through November 1st, 2008; SSVA Members $35, Non-members $50

Late Registration       After November 1st, $50

New Artist Approval   September 8th - Oct. 27th, 2008
Please contact the SCVA Office, 723-7395 for information about new artist approval process.

Consignment fee is 70% of RETAIL price to Artist; 30% of RETAIL price to Sawtooth School for Visual Art.

Delivery Dates           Thursday, November 20th    
                                 Friday, November 21st
                                 Saturday, November 22nd  
Be sure to note your preferred delivery date on your application form.

Show Shift Dates        December 3rd – December 7th   
Artists work 3 hours in 1 or 2 blocks of time. Your help on the sales floor assures a successful show as the buyers meet you, the makers.  Shift signup options are on your application form.                  

Pick up work not sold   Friday,  December  12th
                                   Saturday,  December 13th

Your sales payment will be mailed on December 18, 2008.
