Summer Art Immersion (9th-12th)
Animals in Acrylics
This class will emphasize a technique in which building layers tells a story on canvas using an animal of your choice for inspiration. We will learn to paint animals, like cows, horses, dogs and cats. In this class you will learn to build from layering colors on top of each other using glazes to create a realistic feel and look to your painting. This glazing technique can be used in a wide range of painting styles, mediums and subject matter. The class will start each day with be a building step to the final piece at the end of the week.
