The Landscape Photographer: Composition
In this 2-part workshop we’ll briefly cover the basics of landscape composition, before heading off into more advanced framing techniques for specific scenes. Camera position and angle are key to providing interest – especially when using short focal lengths of the wide or ultra-wide lens often favored by landscape photographers. We’ll cover how to eliminate distractions, create balance and harmony, and how to make decisions on lens choice and aspect, with the goal of creating extraordinary photographs of natural landscapes.
