The Digital Photographer's Workflow
Whether a hobbyist or professional photographer, a smooth and organized workflow is essential in the effective management and editing of a digital photographic library of images. This 6-week class covers the complete work-flow, beginning with camera set-up; organizing, collecting and placing image files into a primary folder location; importing; performing general basic image editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; and finally exporting and optimizing images for output, whether for printing or the web. Sawtooth school currently offers Adobe Lightroom versions 4-6 and Photoshop CS6. *Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops to class to eliminate having to transfer files between home and school computers. For students wishing to own the latest version of Lightroom, currently offers a 7-day free trial.
