Photographing Real Estate & Interiors
The class will begin with an overview of basic camera settings and equipment followed by a review of different methods for capturing images including HDR and use of flash. Discussion of perspective, leading lines, and design elements and how they are used to create compelling real estate images. Students will bring one photo of an interior or exterior to discuss in the second class and learn how to develop photos in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Learn to use Lens Correction to straighten horizons and verticals if needed, digitally blend images to produce and image with a high dynamic range, color correct for natural looking color and use local adjustment tools to enhance your photos.
