Sterling Silver Metal Clay Jewelry
Sterling silver metal clay consists of sterling silver powder and organic binders. The process is similar to regular clay, only in miniature! Once you form and dry your piece it is fired in a kiln and emerges as a solid piece of silver. Learn all the basics of using metal clay while completing some beautiful jewelry projects. We’ll cover techniques like impressing texture, stone setting, tube bead making, ring making, finishing techniques and more. The versatility of this medium offers endless design opportunities while remaining approachable to anyone! The silver clay is available for purchase at Sawtooth. No experience necessary. Supply list will be emailed prior to class.
