Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund, notice of withdrawal must be received no later than seven days prior to the first day of class. Class fee, less $20 accounting fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals after that time. Failure to attend sessions or verbal notification will not be regarded as an official notice of withdrawal.
Cancellation
SSVA reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule classes to adjust for enrollment, and to change class instructors when necessary. If it is necessary to cancel a class, all registered participants will be informed as soon as possible and extended the opportunity to transfer to another class. If participants do not wish to transfer, a full refund will be made.
